About XML Sitemap Generator
XML Sitemap Generator provides a simple local workspace for building a sitemap.xml file without writing XML by hand. Add website URLs one at a time, then choose an optional change frequency, priority value and last modified date for each entry. The tool validates absolute HTTP and HTTPS addresses, keeps every row editable and produces a clean urlset document using the standard sitemap namespace. It is useful for new websites, small static projects, landing-page collections, development environments and SEO checks where a focused sitemap is easier to prepare manually than with a crawler. You can add or remove rows, generate the XML whenever values change, copy the complete markup into an editor, or download a ready-to-use sitemap.xml file. All creation and validation happen locally with JavaScript in your browser. Toolexa does not crawl the submitted addresses, upload them or permanently store the sitemap content. The responsive row layout remains practical on phones and desktops, while sensible defaults help you get started quickly. After downloading, place the sitemap at an appropriate public URL and reference it from robots.txt or webmaster tools as required by your site.
